Unfortunatly my utube screws up at the critical point where you explain the intro. Just wondering if you could email me the tabs please. Many thanks  Bob

I got hooked on your website by listening to your lesson of "song sung blue" on yourube. Now that I am a member I wanted to start with that song but your search function says song not found. Is that song not part of your library?

Reply

Song Sung Blue is part of my Free Guitar Mentor package. I try not to repeat songs if possible on the membership site. If you remember I did send you, as requested,  the complete song catalogue for Song Mentor. Here’s the link for Song Sung Blue although I suspect you have already seen it. Feel free to explore that site though for many other free selections. http://freeguitarmentor.com/campfire-songs/rock/song-sung-blue-guitar-lesson/   Cheers!

I'm interested in your song list and lifetime access for lessons.  What is the difference between that and what I see currently?

Reply

songmentor April 8, 2017 at 10:48 am

Hi Candice. I will send a complete song list to your email address. I’m not exactly sure what you mean by “what I see currently” but the difference between a subscription and the lifetime membership is that with the lifetime you get instant access to all 208 selections and of course that access is good for life. With a subscription you receive one or two songs per week until you cancel or until you reach the 208 songs. I hope that clarifies for you. By far and away the most popular membership is the Lifetime Premium. People just seem to prefer being able to look through the entire song list and tackle the songs they would prefer to learn first. Take care!

Reply

songmentor February 9, 2017 at 10:40 pm

Yes Dale sorry. Greg’s guitar a little bit rough for my liking but but it's more or less how I do it if I were performing it acoustically. Would be nice to have the riff in there of course but he avoided that LOL!

I'm posting this to say a massive thanks to Jackson. He really makes learning the guitar so much fun. As a teacher myself I think the ease with which he approaches teaching the chords and strumming patterns/techniques is really impressive. Not only that the man has real and genuine soul…love the intros to the lessons and the bit of background. This is very good value for money and I wish Jackson much success with the programme. He deserves it. If you're kinda suspect and unsure don't be….you won't regret it. Thanks Jackson and greetings from the Emerald Isle (Ireland) 🙂 If you ever come to Ireland give me a shout and I'll show you around Dublin 🙂 – Tom

Jackson,

I was a professional for years, back in the 60s-70s, and haven't played guitar much in the last 30 years.  I just retired from my own CPA business after 45 years and took the gutar back up.  I am playing professionally again on a limited basis.  I joined your premium songmentor group about five months ago and am just thrilled with your style of guitar lessons.  Everything you are looking for, the lyrics and chords, an excellent guitarist (you) teaching the rifts, the strumming,  and the vocal parts, it's all so comprehensive and organized.  You have developed a wonderful system for guitar lessons here, and I look forward to relying on you for mentoring for a long time to come.

Well that’s truly kind of you Jim! Despite being a big Jays fan … I’ll send out a “Go Orioles”! Best wishes with all things guitar-related!

Congratulations on this program Jackson.  It is wonderful that you have conceived of a way for individuals to learn to play the guitar without leaving their home. Just one more of your great condtributions to putting music in people's hearts.
Well Done
Val
